Harish, 35 has professional experience spanning over 12+ years across sectors. After being the SPOC for training organizations across India for Value Inc. Solutions, Harish co-founded Abhyaas Edu Corp - an educational corporation with operations in test-prep, skill development and mainstream education. He was instrumental in strategy, content, delivery and marketing of the corporation.

Currently the CEO of HUM Consulting, Harish is involved in consulting and training for organizational effectiveness in new economy organizations that are ‘people critical’ and need to quickly establish a strong culture to support rapid growth. He was earlier heading Training Design & Delivery. He has designed, developed and delivered trainings across sectors from FMCG, corporate sales to IT and Manufacturing.

His current engagements include consulting and training for creating high energy work places. His dissertation study with XLRI Jamshedpur, was ‘correlating humour and work place motivation’. Harish also heads the assessment panel for the evaluation of spoken and verbal communication of short-listed candidates of the XAT conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur.

He also works with some of India’s premiere educational institutes for Communication Skills Assessment & Training of students. Harish’s strength is in his ability to design and deliver high impact trainings across levels from leadership, managers and high impact inductions.

Other Interests:

• Harish apart from being a trainer is a storyteller, percussionist, theatre artist and a stand-up comic.
• He also designs and creates products for interior decors.
• He speaks over 6 languages and uses the same to bring a native connect to all his interactions.
