Chand, 49 years, has professional experience spanning 22+ years across engineering organizations, process driven service organizations, Media, Consulting & Training. He is a GE & DDI Certified Trainer, Managerial & Leadership Skills Facilitator, and IIM Bangalore Certified Senior Leadership Coach with the last 15 years of experience in leadership roles in HR, Training, O.D. and Consulting.

His current engagements include Organizational Effectiveness Consulting & Training for Start-ups & SMEs for whom employee-engagement and teamwork is a business-critical factor, especially during rapid scaling-up. He also works with some of India’s premiere educational institutes for Communication Skills Assessment & Training of students. Chand’s strength is his ability to build high-performance teams across businesses. He has helped his clients build outstanding organizations through leveraging Organization Structure, Culture, Work Processes, People Strategy and Training.

His last corporate role was as Head of H.R. & Group Head of Organization Development at Network18, where he was part of the leadership team responsible for rapid scaling-up from 600 employees to 6,600 employees within a short period to become the largest broadcast news organization & one of the biggest Media houses in the country, and at the same time becoming the ‘Best Place to Work’ in Media in India.

His earlier leadership roles were with GE Capital, C3i Nipuna. Prior to his specialization in HR, Chand worked indifferent roles in Engineering with Ingersoll Rand, Alfa Laval & Cristopia - CIAT S.A.
